To try out or join any sport, students must: 

Register online:

Please visit FinalForms to complete the online registration. Registration must be done every year. 

Have a current sports physical:

A sports physical must be completed by a doctor or physician's assistant and cleared for full participation every 24 months. Most physicians require students to bring the form to the appointment. The form can be downloaded here. Once complete, please upload into FinalForms.

Have an ASB Card:

In order to participate in the athletics program, students are required to purchase an ASB card for $25. This is a one-time fee. These cards can be purchased online through your Family Access account in Skyward or in the main office before school or during lunches.

Student Accident Insurance (Optional):

The Bremerton School District does not provide medical insurance coverage for students who may be injured while playing on school grounds or as a result of participation on athletic teams. Parents are responsible for any medical expenses if their child gets hurt during the school day or while participating in school activities. Student accident insurances is available. Learn more >
