ASB Card & School Fee Discounts for Eligible Families
Families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals—or who receive Basic Food, TANF, or FDPIR—may be eligible for a free ASB card and reduced fees for field trips and other school activities.
Important Notes:
-
This is not an application for free or reduced-price meals. All children eat for free in our District.
-
This form is separate from the Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefit (CNEEB) form, which all families complete so the district can receive important state and federal educational funding.
How to Submit: download and complete the Consent to Share form then choose one of the following options:
-
Email: Send to cns@bremertonschools.org
-
In Person: Turn it in to your child's school front office
