Course Selection

Course selection for the following year happens in the spring.

  • During early February, MVMS staff visit each elementary school in the District to hand out a scheduling sheet to all students, and to review the scheduling process.

Students are asked to take the scheduling sheet home and discuss it with their parents. Students should then bring the form back to their school by the deadline (which will be communicated by the school). MVMS staff will return to each school in mid-February to help students schedule their classes.

Class schedules will be posted in Skyward in late August. Printed schedules will be available at sixth grade orientation in late August, and on the first day of school.

  • Scheduling for the following year happens in the spring. Information about course selection will be provided by the school to students, and to families via ParentSquare.  If you have questions, please contact our counseling office!

  • The registration process for eighth grade students begins in early February. Learn more about this process on the Bremerton High School website.
