REGISTRATION

Hello Mountain View Families,

To participate in Sports at Mountain View, a student will need to have a current Sports Physical and a FinalForms Online Sports Registration. If you have already completed a FinalForms Registration this year, you can go in and do an edit to add your student to any tryout roster. You only need to create ONE account, then it can be updated each year.

If you have not completed a FinalForms Registration, you will find the link on the Bremerton Schools website:

Select Mountain View Middle School from the “Schools” icon at the top.

Select the ASB, Athletics & Activities drop-down

Select Athletics

There is a link under “Register Online” for FinalForms

Complete all items including: Parent signatures, student signatures, uploaded valid sports physical. Sports physicals are good for two years. 

All forms should be submitted digitally, there will be no hard copies of registrations or physicals accepted this year.

A copy of the MVMS Sports Season with their respective start dates is attached. There is also a copy of the WIAA Sports Physical attached for your convenience.
