The Bremerton School District is pleased to introduce Steve Warner as the new Director of Facilities & Small Works Projects, effective July 1.

Steve brings nearly nine years of experience in educational facilities maintenance to the District. For the past five years, he served as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Custodial Services for South Kitsap School District.

"We are very excited to welcome Steve to our leadership team," said Garth Steedman, Assistant Superintendent Finance, Operations, & Human Resources. "We believe his practical approach and strong communication skills will build collaborative relationships and drive operational improvements for the District.”

"I believe strongly that facilities play a critical role in education and that every student deserves a learning environment that is safe, welcoming, and conducive to achievement," Steve said. "I am honored to join the Bremerton School District team and excited for the opportunity to serve its students, staff, and community. I look forward to working alongside the district's employees to build on the great work already being done."

Steve lives in Port Orchard with his four children. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fishing, hiking, quadding, and watching sports in his free time.
